Welcome to Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning! By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to both residential and commercial cleaning services.

1. Scope of Services

   Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, specializing in cleaning for schools, office spaces, warehouses, medical facilities, and more.
   For medical facilities, we offer specialized services such as terminal cleaning, biohazard disposal, and disinfectant applications tailored to specific contact surfaces.
   A detailed list of the services included in your cleaning package will be provided in your service agreement or quote.

2. Booking and Scheduling

   All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance, with any changes or cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
   Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services in cases of emergencies or uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

   Payment for residential cleaning services is due upon completion of the service. For commercial cleaning clients, invoicing will be handled on a monthly basis, with payment due within [X] days of the invoice date.
   We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.
   Late payments are subject to a [Specify Percentage or Fee] late fee, and services may be paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.

4. Access to Property

   For efficient service, the Client agrees to provide access to the property as arranged in the booking. This may include keys, security codes, or other entry methods.
   Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning is not responsible for any delays in service due to restricted access to the property.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

   Our goal is to deliver high-quality cleaning services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
   Refunds or re-cleaning services will be provided at the discretion of Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning based on the nature of the complaint.

6. Liability and Damages

   Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning carries insurance coverage to protect against accidental damages. In the unlikely event of damage, the Client must report the incident within 24 hours of the service date.
   We are not liable for damage due to improper handling of fragile or high-value items unless these items are disclosed and agreed upon in writing before the service.

7. Client Responsibilities

   The Client is responsible for securing any valuables and fragile items prior to the cleaning service.
   For medical facilities or specialized environments, the Client must inform us of any specific protocols or requirements that need to be followed.

8. Contracted Service Period

   By signing up for Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning services, the Client agrees to a minimum service period of six (6) months from the start date of the contract. This commitment allows us to ensure consistency and quality in our service delivery.
   Termination within this period is subject to early termination fees as outlined in your service agreement.

9. Termination of Services

   Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice of at least (6) months following the initial contracted service period.
   Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of agreement.

10. Confidentiality

    Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning respects the privacy of its clients. Any personal or business information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

11. Amendments

    Divine Shine Commercial Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Services at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
